I don't know what is making me say this, or why I feel so happy right now (could be the fact that this is my 11th blog), but damn, having this kind of interaction with you guys is truly awesome, and I hope never to forget it. I think that being among a group of people who are so motivated, inspired, enlightened, opinionated and talented has made my experience here truly unique. I'm not saying corny shit like "I'm going to miss my years at KCAI". What I'm saying is that I hope that in our futures as peers, contemporaries, competition, and friends, that we are ever-growing in our abilities to share our opinions, and articulate our emotions about everything we feel passionate about. I know its hard for some of us to feel like putting our "feelings" on the internet is corny or a load of crap, especially when commanded to do so, but to those I say this: If we can spend hours with MySpace, Friendster, or VWVortex (my vice), why can't we put some effort into a well of communication that has the potential to truly inspre for change? and if not change, then isn't inspiration alone good enough?
I hope that there is still this kind of thing available to us after we graduate. I think we need this kind of rant-friendly, goal-oriented, anything goes environment for us to release our ravings upon the "collective" as T-Diz would put it.
Ok, there. I'm a dork. I like BLOGS. But please look past it and see why.
