Not too bad

It's a breath of fresh air to hear such a pleasant idea, however, how will the general consumer population be pursuaded to abide? Don't get me wrong, recycling is a good thing, but as of right now, its rather demanding. Items of high similiarity may or may not be recyclable, bottles must be rinsed out, the caps need to be taken off, etc. I think the first step should be to make the act of recycling easier in order to help twist the arms of general consumers. Then this idea can be filtered into the workforce. It will take time just like anything else, but the important thing to remember is who has to accept this idea.
