pat yourself on the back

It is one thing to attend a school that is well known for the purpose you are going there for. It is another thing to attend a school that was well known for the purpose your are going there for...forty years ago. I am proud to be in the KCAI school of design for it's past, present, and future. For all the b.s. we put up with from our peers from across the way, for all of the frustration that comes with believing in something that others can't see. For all of the times we couldn't party with our friends from across the way because we had work to do. God forbid actually being productive at the KCAI. We are soldiers.
